Dear Exhibitor,
On August 3-6, 2009, the Region VI Pretreatment Association in conjunction with EPA, will host the 25th Annual Region VI Pretreatment Workshop. The Workshop is being held at the Intercontinental Dallas in Addison, Texas. Each of the past workshops has been attended by hundreds of environmental professionals from the five state region (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas) in addition to many others from outside the region. As in past years, interested service and equipment providers are being offered the opportunity to exhibit capabilities, qualifications, and products at this event.
Exhibit booths will be located in the area immediately outside the meeting rooms. This area will also be used for all of the breaks and the annual Meet & Greet. The six thousand square foot space allows for 33 exhibitor booths. The hotel will provide a six foot table with linen draping. Exhibits will be displayed during two days of the event (August 4th and 5th). Each booth costs $350.00 and includes free access to all workshop classes! There is also an opportunity on the enclosed Registration Form for exhibitors to sponsor the Meet & Greet and/or break sessions.
If you believe this event could be a good opportunity for your company’s marketing plan, please reserve your space today. Exhibition space will be reserved and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Checks should be made payable to Region VI Pretreatment Association. For more information, call me at 972/331-4326 or e-mail me at goinsh@trintyra.org.
August 2009 will mark the 25th Anniversary for the Region VI Pretreatment Workshop and promises to be an incredible experience for exhibitors and attendees alike. The Intercontinental Dallas includes wonderful accommodations and amenities as well as a great location. Within walking distance there are numerous restaurants, and a short drive can lead to some of the best shopping the Metroplex has to offer. We look forward to seeing you and greatly appreciate your organization’s support.
